Frost, PLLC is a full-service accounting firm currently providing tax, assurance, small business, advisory, animal welfare, business valuation, and litigation services in 47 states. Frost services a range of clients, from individuals to billion-dollar organizations. We have offices in Little Rock, AR; Fayetteville, AR; Scottsdale, AZ; Yuma, AZ; and Raleigh, NC. Our satellite offices are located in Denver, CO; Naples, FL; and LaBelle, FL.
Because of continued growth and development, Frost has an immediate opening for Tax Partner.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of growth strategies.
• Manage and drive the success of multiple engagements simultaneously while enhancing productivity.
• Actively represent the firm in the community to promote the Frost brand and abilities.
• Maintain, develop, and expand client relationships.
• Lead presentations to potential clients.
• Act as a mentor to staff, while providing constructive feedback and identifying needs for professional development.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment of priorities among the team.
• Stay current on latest regulatory and legislative developments, as well as the firm’s standards and policies.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; Graduate degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required
• CPA
• Extensive experience working within Agribusiness and related industries is necessary.
• Excellent supervisory, team building, and client service management skills
• Demonstrated analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills
