As a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries and Accountants (ASPAA), our Third Party Administration team is held to a higher standard of compliance with current laws and regulations related to retirement plans. ASPAA members are required to stay up to date with the ever-changing laws related to retirement plans, and to ensure that our clients’ documents and policies remain compliant with those changes.
We are a full-service firm, offering design, implementation and administration of a variety of defined contribution (i.e., Profit Sharing and 401k) plans, including Solo 401(k) plans for one-owner companies with no employees. We also consult with clients regarding taking over existing retirement plans or terminating plans that are no longer active due to the shutdown, sale or merger of the sponsoring employer.
