We send our sincerest thoughts and well-wishes to all those affected by the devastating tornados that swept through Arkansas last Friday, March 31, 2023. As we navigate these uncertain times, it is our hope that all those affected by the current crisis can recover quickly and fully.
With the severe weather outbreak in Arkansas, Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders issued an executive order offering relief for taxpayers living within Pulaski, Lonoke and Cross Counties. In this decree, the filing & payment deadline has been extended from April 18 to July 31st – eliminating any need for separate requests or filings due to disasters related issues. This exception applies equally across Subchapter S Corporations, fiduciaries/estates as well as partnerships and composite returns!
